1. Umumiy qoidalar

Ushbu Foydalanish shartlari (keyingi o'rinlarda — "Shartlar") AdSET.uz | TARGETING INTEGRATORI platformasidan foydalanish qoidalarini belgilaydi.

Platformadan foydalanib, Siz ushbu Shartlarga to'liq rozilik bildirasiz. Agar Siz shartlarning biron-bir qismi bilan rozi bo'lmasangiz, Platformadan foydalanmang.

2. Xizmatlar tavsifi

AdSET.uz quyidagi xizmatlarni taqdim etadi:

• Facebook va Instagram reklama kampaniyalarini boshqarish
• Reklama statistikasi va hisobotlarni ko'rish
• Lidlar (potentsial mijozlar) bilan ishlash
• Sun'iy intellekt yordamida reklama tahlili
• Telegram bot orqali bildirishnomalar
• Avtomatik haftalik va oylik hisobotlar

3. Ro'yxatdan o'tish

Platformadan foydalanish uchun:

• Siz 18 yoshdan kichik bo'lmasligingiz kerak
• To'g'ri va aniq ma'lumot kiritishingiz shart
• Bitta foydalanuvchi faqat bitta hisob ochishi mumkin
• Hisobingizni boshqalar bilan baham ko'rmaslik
• Parolingizning xavfsizligini ta'minlash

4. Foydalanuvchi majburiyatlari

Platformadan foydalanganda, Siz quyidagilarga rozilik bildirasiz:

• Faqat o'zingizga tegishli Facebook hisobi va reklama hisoblaridan foydalanish
• Boshqa foydalanuvchilarga zarar yetkazmaslik
• Platformani noqonuniy maqsadlarda ishlatmaslik
• Yolg'on yoki aldovchi reklama yaratmaslik
• Spam yoki firibgarlik bilan shug'ullanmaslik
• Facebook va Meta qoidalariga rioya qilish
• O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga rioya qilish
• Xavfsizlik tizimimizni buzishga harakat qilmaslik

5. Taqiqlangan harakatlar

Platformada quyidagilar qat'iyan taqiqlanadi:

• Boshqa shaxsning Facebook hisobini ruxsatsiz ulash
• Avtomatlashtirilgan bot, skript yoki crawler ishlatish
• Platforma kodini reverse engineering qilish
• Boshqa foydalanuvchilarning ma'lumotlarini olishga harakat qilish
• DDoS hujumi yoki tizimga zarar yetkazish
• Mualliflik huquqini buzadigan reklama yaratish
• Bolalar reklamasi yoki hayoti uchun xavfli reklamalar
• Noqonuniy mahsulot/xizmatlarni reklama qilish (giyohvand, qurol, va h.k.)

6. To'lov va obuna

Platforma quyidagi tarif rejalarini taklif etadi:

• Bepul tarif — cheklangan funksiyalar bilan
• Pullik tariflar — kengaytirilgan imkoniyatlar bilan

To'lov shartlari:

• To'lovlar oldindan amalga oshiriladi
• Obuna avtomatik yangilanadi (agar bekor qilinmasa)
• Bekor qilingandan keyin joriy davr tugaguncha xizmat davom etadi
• Pullik xizmatlardan voz kechish 14 kun ichida mumkin (qaytarish)

7. Intellektual mulk

Platforma kodi, dizayni, kontentlari va brendi "RAVSHANOV DIGITAL" MCHJ ga tegishli. Sizga faqat shaxsiy va biznes maqsadlarda foydalanish uchun cheklangan, no-eksklyuziv litsenziya beriladi.

Quyidagilar taqiqlanadi:

• Platforma kodini ko'chirish yoki qayta tarqatish
• AdSET brendi va logotipidan ruxsatsiz foydalanish
• Platforma asosida raqobatchi xizmat yaratish

8. Mas'uliyat cheklovi

Platforma "AS IS" (mavjud holatda) asosida taqdim etiladi. Biz quyidagilar uchun mas'uliyat olmaymiz:

• Facebook API yoki tashqi xizmatlardagi nosozliklar
• Foydalanuvchi reklamalaridan kelib chiqqan zararlar
• Internet aloqasidagi muammolar
• Force majeure holatlari (urush, tabiiy ofatlar va h.k.)
• Foydalanuvchi xatolari yoki noto'g'ri ishlatish

Bizning maksimal mas'uliyatimiz Siz oxirgi 12 oyda Platforma uchun to'lagan summadan oshmaydi.

9. Hisobni to'xtatish

Biz quyidagi hollarda Sizning hisobingizni to'xtatish yoki o'chirish huquqini saqlab qolamiz:

• Ushbu Shartlarni buzish
• Qonunbuzar harakatlar
• Boshqa foydalanuvchilarga zarar yetkazish
• To'lov muddatini buzish (pullik tariflar uchun)
• Uzoq muddat (12 oydan ortiq) faol bo'lmaslik

10. Maxfiylik

Sizning shaxsiy ma'lumotlaringiz Maxfiylik siyosatiga muvofiq qayta ishlanadi.

11. Shartlarni o'zgartirish

Biz ushbu Shartlarni vaqti-vaqti bilan yangilashimiz mumkin. Muhim o'zgarishlar haqida 30 kun oldin email orqali xabar beramiz. Yangilanishdan keyin Platformadan foydalanishni davom ettirish — yangi Shartlarga rozilik bildirishni anglatadi.

12. Qonun va yurisdiksiya

Ushbu Shartlar O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunlariga muvofiq tartibga solinadi. Har qanday nizolar avval muzokara orqali, agar yechilmasa — Toshkent shahri sudlari orqali hal qilinadi.

13. Aloqa

Savollar va shikoyatlar uchun:

1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service (hereinafter — "Terms") govern your use of the AdSET.uz | TARGETING INTEGRATORI platform.

By using the Platform, you fully agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

AdSET.uz provides the following services:

• Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign management
• Viewing advertising statistics and reports
• Lead (potential customer) management
• AI-powered advertising analysis
• Notifications via Telegram bot
• Automatic weekly and monthly reports

3. Registration

To use the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must provide accurate and truthful information
• One user may only create one account
• Do not share your account with others
• Maintain the security of your password

4. User Obligations

When using the Platform, you agree to:

• Use only your own Facebook account and ad accounts
• Not harm other users
• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Not create false or misleading advertisements
• Not engage in spam or fraud
• Comply with Facebook and Meta policies
• Comply with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan
• Not attempt to breach our security systems

5. Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Connecting another person's Facebook account without permission
• Using automated bots, scripts, or crawlers
• Reverse engineering the Platform code
• Attempting to obtain other users' data
• DDoS attacks or harming the system
• Creating advertisements that infringe copyright
• Advertising products dangerous to children or life
• Advertising illegal products/services (drugs, weapons, etc.)

6. Payment and Subscription

The Platform offers the following pricing plans:

• Free plan — with limited features
• Paid plans — with extended capabilities

Payment terms:

• Payments are made in advance
• Subscriptions auto-renew (unless cancelled)
• After cancellation, service continues until the current period ends
• 14-day refund policy for paid services

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform code, design, content, and brand belong to "RAVSHANOV DIGITAL" LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal and business use only.

The following are prohibited:

• Copying or redistributing Platform code
• Unauthorized use of AdSET brand and logo
• Creating competing services based on the Platform

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We are not liable for:

• Failures of Facebook API or external services
• Damages arising from user advertisements
• Internet connectivity issues
• Force majeure events (war, natural disasters, etc.)
• User errors or misuse

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Platform in the last 12 months.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account in the following cases:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal actions
• Harm to other users
• Payment violations (for paid plans)
• Long-term inactivity (more than 12 months)

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved — through the courts of Tashkent city.
